This great variety has a hint of lemon in the leaves, excellent in dishes that require some lemon flavour. One of the basic culinary herbs, corinader is commonly used in chinese and latin cooking for a spicy, nutty flavour.

Sow all year in warm areas, Sp-Au in cooler areas

Sow 5mm deep, seedlings emerge 21-28 days, space 15cm apart.

Harvest as needed, 30 days leaf, 70 days seed.
